AMTEX
Organized in 1988 by third party transportation
intermediaries, like yourself, as a not-for-profit entity,
the AMTEX surety concept of equitability has allowed
third party transportation providers the opportunity to
regain control over their own destiny.
The AMTEX surety program provides you, the
intermediary, with the opportunity of disputing a claim
presented against the surety, without immediate threat of
surety cancellation - as opposed to the procedures of other
sureties' which follow a procedure of paying a claim to
relieve their anxieties or to avoid the threat of
litigation. As a result of their disregard for your rights,
you're forced to seek reimbursement for any grievance from
the claimant after its been paid in full, or possibly lose
your license when the surety cancels their third party
commitment.
Being structured as a not-for-profit service
organization, independently administrated to eliminate any
concept of antitrust, AMTEX does not need to solely
rely on annual premium payments to provide its unique
services because we are not required, as an insurance
carrier would be, to have an employee / agent in every state
or Canadian province, nor does it have credit losses to
accrue reserves against like a for-profit or publicly held
organization would be required to do.
Summarizing, the attributes of the AMTEX,
independently administrated, not-for-profit, surety program
are:
AMTEX is the only surety source that inculcates
the mandate of the broker being provided with the
opportunity of disputing a claim and exercising its Due
Process rights, without jeopardizing the continuity of the
surety:
AMTEX is not affected by the profitability
motives or volatile investment strategies that an insurance
company or non-collateralized trustee would have to follow
to remain competitive and pay dividends:
AMTEX does not require dollar-on-dollar
collateralization as typically mandated by other legitimate
trust / insurance providers, nor does it subscribe to the
questionable illusion offered by a few irregular surety's
that offer uncollateralized trusts at usurious premiums:
AMTEX 's recent integration into the
Transportation Intermediaries Association further enhances
you credibility in the marketplace and affords you even
greater protection against surety misconduct. |
