TIA Services Corporation (“TIA
Services”) is a Delaware stock corporation and a
wholly-owned subsidiary of Transportation Intermediaries
Association, Inc.
(“TIA”), the premier professional and educational
organization of the $81 billion third party logistics
industry. TIA is the only organization exclusively
representing transportation intermediaries of all
disciplines doing business in domestic and international
commerce. TIA is the voice of transportation
intermediaries to shippers, carriers, government
officials, and international organizations. TIA is the
U.S. member of the International Federation of Freight
Forwarders Associations (FIATA). TIA conducts an annual
convention and trade show; an annual marketing
conference with leading shippers and carriers; and
provides education, research, and services to help their
members succeed in the transportation industry. More

TIA Services was
organized in order to facilitate the provision of
services, including those of the kind provided to its
members by AMTEX that can more effectively be provided
by a regular corporation than by a tax-exempt trade
association. Because of its affiliation with TIA and its
access to TIA’s facilities, management and other
resources, TIA Services is ideally positioned to support
and strengthen the operations of AMTEX. TIA Services
has arranged for Dave Carney to continue to serve as
AMTEX trust administrator so that he can continue to
provide the same excellent services that he has been
providing to you.
